Our Story
Why an agent picked up a camera
Off The Deck started with a familiar frustration: as a working Houston-area Realtor, Thomas kept running into the same problem every listing agent knows photography that was either priced beyond a listing's budget, or delivered without any real understanding of what actually moves buyers.
So he built the studio himself. Every shoot is planned the way an agent plans a listing which angle sells the floor plan, which room needs the wide lens, which shot belongs on the flyer versus the MLS. That's the difference between a photographer who visits a house and one who has represented buyers and sellers inside hundreds of them.
With years of hands-on drone flight experience and an FAA-certified eye for aerial work, Thomas brings a rare combination to Houston real estate media: a photographer's craft, backed by an agent's instinct for what closes a deal.
